In this Privacy Notice, ‘us’ ‘we’ or ‘our’ means Alfa Laval Australia Pty Ltd ABN [65 000 016 197], Alfa Laval New Zealand Ltd. NZBN [9429038787515], and, where relevant, our related bodies corporate. We are the legal entities, who jointly known as “Alfa Laval Oceania” respects your right to privacy and understand that protecting your personal information is important. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“The GDPR”), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“The Privacy Act”), and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (“The Privacy Act”) when handling personal information. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, hold, use, disclose and protect your personal information.

What is the Scope of this Privacy Notice?

Alfa Laval Australia Pty Ltd and Alfa Laval New Zealand Ltd (“Alfa Laval Oceania”) have adopted this Privacy Notice which applies to Alfa Laval Oceania and to all employees, consultants, contractors and other people working for or on behalf of these companies in Australia and New Zealand. The privacy notice provides you with information about our processing of personal data relating to you:
